Research Projects

  • Fundamental Project № 11BF015-05, "Creating the theoretical basis, methods and software for intellectualizing the information-communication and transformer technologies" within Integrated Research Program of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv "Informatization of Society" (Customer – the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine).

  • Applied Project № 14BP015-06, "Methods and computer means for recognizing and modeling the communication information" within Integrated Research Program of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv "Informatization of Society" (Customer – the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine).

Achievements

  1. New methods of modeling and recognition: visual information; psycho-emotional state of human; speech information; clustering and classification of information. Creation of the new methods of Sign Language modeling and recognition, creation of computer systems for medicine and education. Investigation of the new computer interfaces. Problem solving of transformation the Text Data into Speech and Sign Language forms.

  2. Applications: IT for Sign Language implemented at Ukraine and is used as a standard demonstration of gestures information. Adaptation methods applied in the control system of industrial robots. Through the stages of implementation: IT for emotion recognition; texts to speech for Ukrainian language; tools for rehabilitation of patients ets.
